What is the ethical hotline?
It is the confidential and anonymous report provided by Urabá free zone so that all our employees, suppliers and other interest groups can report conduct contrary to the principles and values of the Company.
What is the ethical hotline for?
The ethics hotline is used to report irregular conduct or conduct contrary to the policies and procedures established in the code of ethics, information security policy, and other regulations adopted in the future by the Urabá Permanent Free Trade Zone.

Stakeholders who know of or evidence any irregular behavior in carrying out activities of Urabá free zone
Users of the ethics hotline can remain anonymous or leave their personal data, which will be treated under strict confidentiality and in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, which constitutes the general framework for personal data protection in Colombia.
Reporting Protocol
- The email lineaetica@zonafrancadeuraba.com was enabled to channel all reports and follow up on situations contrary to corporate principles and values.
- The reports supplied are received, analyzed, directed and monitored, guaranteeing the reporter confidentiality and assuring objectivity and independence in the final report.
- The result of the investigation will associate corrective plans to prevent similar situations from recurring.
- It is very important that the channel be used with integrity, responsibility and respect for people and objectively describe the facts, indicating what happened, how, when, where, who and attaching the supports if any.
